The CNC lathe JANUS HTC2050, manufactured in 2010 in Poland, thanks to its simple construction, high stability and reliability of use, will face any challenge. Using the necessary equipment for high-speed and finishing machining, it is possible to perform precise machining of internal holes, columns, cones, arcs and all types of screw threads on the machine.
The JANUS lathe has a chuck with a diameter of 210 mm and a 45° inclined bed to facilitate chip removal and increase the cutting force transmitted by the horizontal bed and its head. Rear and front spindle angular contact bearings can accommodate radial and axial loads simultaneously, ensuring low spindle temperature rise and less thermal distortion during high-speed finishing. The spindle drive allows you to steplessly change the rotational speed in the range of 40 to 4000 rpm. The numerical lathe is offered with a chip conveyor, FANUC Series 0i Mate-TC CNC control and tools shown in the photos. The total weight of the machine is 5000 kg.
