Multi-tap trasnsform, runs on either 208V or 440V,
we have run both in the past, I believe there is another voltage option but I forget what it is?
Machine runs good, no known leaks, we have had is since 2008, most drives if not all have been replaced over the years.we expanded the memory, I beleive factory is 76m and I beleive the upgerade was 10K or so. We also expanded the offsets, G54.1.
It is set up for through coolant but parts of it are missing, perhas even the pump, we never used it. It is also set up for coolant wash, I thing we swaped the pump on that as well. This machnie was prett well setup from the factory minus the small memory and 4 offsets.
Sometimes the pallet changer will hang up but all you have to do is push the “Start” button and it cycles. The outer switch for the main disconnect is missing, I broke it a few years ago, you can either repace it or just do what we do, switch the breaker, not a big deal.
6′ chick tombstones included, I will throw in some spare parts for those, some are sticky. The tool setter works great. I changed the Y axis cover a few years ago, it is in pretty good shape.
The iorn on this machine will probabaly go another 20 years, somebody on e-bay is parting out just about all the key parts, they made a lot of these machines.
