The ACCUTEX GA 43AL wire EDM machine was manufactured in 2018 in Taiwan. This extremely efficient and reliable machine uses an advanced electric erosion method, which makes it possible to achieve complex and difficult-to-create shapes. The use of this method is ideal for the production of precise tools, dies and cutting dies.
To eliminate backlash and ensure high accuracy, the traditional drive consisting of a motor and ball screw has been replaced with a direct, closed-loop linear drive system. The machine drive, controlled by optical scales with a resolution of 0.2 μm, allows you to improve cutting efficiency by up to 10%, with much lower energy consumption and constant operating temperature.
The GA 43AL EDM machine is operated by a modern AccuteX CNC controller based on Windows with a touch screen and compatibility with CAD/CAM software. According to different wire diameters, corner angles, arc radius and thickness, the controller optimizes the machining parameters to obtain the best cutting performance and high accuracy. The total weight of the wire cutting machine is 2,800 kg.
