APL-G Gantry is designed with the ability to drill, cut and mark to increase efficiency, combining versatility and accuracy.
APL-G Gantry model is a CNC machine produced with the half a century of experience of Akyapak Machinery.
The machine frame is made of welded steel which is stress relieved, heat treated and posiotined with linear guides to drill and cut heavy duty plates to get perfect results.
APL-G Gantry is designed with highest technology and controlled completely by CNC system through servo motors.

Plasma Cutting

Carbide Drilling

Automatic Tool Changer
The APL-G comes with an 8-tool capacity tool changing unit. This allows for easy tool changes without the need for manual intervention. Cutting and Drilling Table
Its robust construction ensures that the material stays securely in place, allowing for precise and accurate drilling and cutting operations. A lower hydraulic plate provides essential support for the material throughout the drilling process, ensuring stability and precision. Positioned at the bottom of the fixed table, a chip conveyor efficiently removes debris, maintaining a clean work environment and optimizing the drilling operation.
Marking Unit
The APL-G is equipped with a marking torch. Even after painting or shotblasting, these marks can still be seen clearly. It’s also possible to mark using plasma with the help of argon gas. This kind of marking quality ensures that the marks last for a long time and can withstand various treatments or coatings that may be applied on the marked material.
Torch Height Control
This dynamic feature maximizes the quality of plasma cutting, specification not only the protection of equipment but also the optimization of cutting performance. The magnetic collision system protects the torch from damage by averting collisions in all axes. It precisely adjusts the torch’s height positioning to optimize plasma cutting quality.
Fume and Dust Connection Unit
