Like new. Uncrated, connected, and tested but never used. Infinite 401660″ x 192″ process area, 6″ Z axis clearance. Single piece fully welded tubular steel base construction including leveling feet and caster wheels. Extruded aluminum tabletop with zoned vacuum and T slot clamping system. Dual rack & pinion drives on X axis with linear rails and bearings. Single rack & pinion on Y axis with dual profile linear slides and bearings. Z axis driven by ball screw. Tool Tip Sensor for fast and accurate setting of tool lengths.

Machine toolbox with tools for basic machine maintenance. Extended Z axis with 10″ Gantry Clearance and 18″ Z Travel Extended stroke for one Z axis and increased gantry clearance of 10″. This allows greater capacity for machining thicker materials or for working on components requiring jigs or fixtures for secure work holding. Oscillating Knife – ISM The Oscillating knife is designed to provide high accuracy and high speed cutting of a wide range of semi rigid materials. Blade oscillation and tangential control ensures that the cutting blade delivers accurate cuts even on thicker materials without excessive over cut. Includes integrated pressure foot. A wide range of blade lengths up to 4.7″ are available to suit all cutting requirements. Quick Release ISM Tangential Knife The Tangential Knife is a high speed, versatile knife tool capable of cutting a wide range of materials. A selection of optional quick change cartridges are available which can accommodate standard knife blades as well as pizza wheel cutters, creasing wheels and 45degree blades. The tangential knife can be used for cutting styrene, composites, duct liner, X-board and many other materials.
