BODOR P3015 fiber laser produced in 2020 uses modern fiber optic technology to cut sheet metal made of, among others, made of stainless steel, aluminum and brass. This technologically advanced machine, designed for even the most demanding challenges, is equipped with the latest solutions and a welded bed frame that achieves excellent mechanical properties and high stability and stiffness.
The cutting head used in the machining process has a number of very useful functions, i.e. Auto Focus, which automatically adjusts the focal position to reduce the occurrence of errors or failures. The cutting head is also able to detect protruding obstacles to effectively reduce the damage rate and lower servicing costs. All this means that the BODOR laser cutting machine allows for perfect cutting with high efficiency and, at the same time, low operating costs.
The P3015 fiber laser is controlled by an intelligent Bodor Thinker CNC controller with a touch screen, characterized by convenient operation, many useful functions and reliability. The operator panel also has BodorMES software installed for order management, pricing and cost analysis for comprehensive and measurable production tracking.
