DECKEL MAHO DMU 50 EVOLUTION CNC vertical machining center, manufactured in Germany in 1999, is designed for precise machining of details. High stability during the milling process is ensured by a solid steel structure, equipped with the best components and a work table with a length of 500 mm and a width of 380 mm.
Workpieces with a maximum weight of 350 kg are machined in five axes with feeds of 500 mm (X-axis), 420 mm (Y-axis), 380 mm (Z-axis), 180° (C-axis) and 360° (B-axis). Perfect precision and significant shortening of metal milling time is ensured by a 15 kW spindle installed in the milling center, rotating at a maximum speed of 18,000 rpm.
The machining center is offered with a wide range of equipment, consisting of e.g. with: intuitive HEIDENHAIN TNC 430 CNC control, capacious tool magazine and detail probe. The milling center weighs 6,000 kg.
