Complete machining center (throughfeed system) with 6 CNC-controlled axes for milling and drilling operations, thread cutting and cutting to length of profile bars made of aluminium,
PVC and other non-ferrous metals.
Equipped with an automatic loading magazine for bar blanks for loading the system without operator intervention.
The milling unit with 4 CNC-controlled axes and 4 milling spindles, which can process the workpiece on all sides regardless of its position, is located in the central area.
The sawing unit with CNC-controlled stepless mitre adjustment enables angles between 22.5° left and 157.5° right with the saw blade coming from below (pressure blade 600 mm).
The unloading magazine for the finished parts forms the end section of the machine.
The machine is equipped with a noise protection cabin that protects the operator from hazards and drastically reduces noise pollution.
