The ENGEL INSERT 200H/50 injection molding machine, built in 2007 in Austria, is used, among others, in for overmolding of inserts and joining various types of materials, such as glass, metal or electronics. The small-sized machine is equipped with high-quality components to guarantee high repeatability and excellent quality of molded parts.
Process parameters such as the force and speed of closing the injection mold are entered in the simple and convenient ENGEL CC 200 CNC control. The injection molding machine for plastics starts the process by closing both halves of the injection mold and creating a high pressure force, which can be up to 50 tons. An injection system with a highly efficient screw then fills the empty space of the mold with plastic with the appropriate plasticity.
The plastic injection molding machine is offered with a wide range of equipment, which includes, among others: HMI SIEMENS SIMATIC TOUCH PANEL operator panel with touch screen, PIOVAN plastic feeder and rotary table. The total weight of the machine is 6200 kg.
