A brief history of the machine is that it was bought by GKN aerospace and Rolls Royce for a R&D project connected to manufacturing Carbon Fiber aircraft engine fan blades.
It was built in 2010 but installed and commissioned in 2011, the machine as barely used during 2011 to December 2019 when it was decommissioned with only 1600 hours shown on the hour meter. As you can imagine no expense was spared on the maintenance of the machine.
