The IMA BIMA CUT 120/300 woodworking center built in 2010 in Germany is used in the industrial production of furniture components and structural elements made of wood. The highly efficient machine combines the features of a machining center and a panel saw, enabling the entire panel cutting process, including drilling and milling, to be performed in one cycle.
The CNC wood milling machine effectively cuts even a single element from a plate fixed on vacuum blocks with a maximum length of 2800 mm and a width of 1200 mm without the need to produce a protective plate. The details leave the production stations ready for assembly, excluding manual removal of waste by the operator. The BIMA CUT 120 300 can be integrated into a larger production system, including an edging machine and an edgebander.
The CNC woodworking center is offered with a wide range of equipment, consisting of e.g. from the IMA IMATRONIC CNC control, a vacuum pump with a capacity of 100 m3/h and a disk tool magazine. The total weight of the machine is 6200 kg.
