Product Overview
The LS Industries STRB24x24 Structural Blaster is a versatile machine designed to automate the blasting process. Parts are carried on conveyor rollers through the blast zone with an ‘X’ pattern so that all surfaces are evenly blasted. The LS SureShot™ blast wheels throw a high volume of shots to achieve the desired blast finish. Optional controls can be placed on the blast to even further control that finish. The conveyor speed is variable as well. The LS SureShot™ blast wheels throw a medium volume of shot at a high velocity to achieve the desired blast finish. The blaster is designed for long life as well with a heavy-duty manganese blast cabinet and easily replaceable manganese wear liners. Access doors for the elevator, augers, and blast zone also make regular maintenance easy. To extend the life of the blaster LS includes sensors that will only allow blasting when parts are detected in the blast zone.
