About its usage / Service: Since December 2020 This machine was used to make in house product, only 2 individual part numbers, 4 total production ops since new. Was used to turn lightweight forged Aluminum wheels only. Besides facing chuck jaws, the machine was only used for aluminum. We are selling due to a strategic change of process. Can give more detailed information on reason for selling if requested. All photos were taken last day of production.
This Machine is very clean and in excellent condition, still under power and air. Can demonstrate function if needed. Machine is currently not in use, 8 months of raw material is already processed, so we can not show actual production. If a buyer is serious and wants to see the machine cutting in person, we can sacrifice a finished part and do surface profile re cuts on a turned wheel blank. We would prefer not doing so.
This Okuma has been the most reliable machine in our facility. Has never required repair service.
Coolant used since new: Qualichem 245C 11-14% in DI water.
All lube has been Okuma recommended.
Rigging and shipping is responsibility of the buyer.
We can assist with a good rigging company.

Image shows custom Aluminum Pie Jaws, we have 2 sets of custom cut standard steel jaws with integrated down clamps as well.
