vibration absorbent material and design. AC-Servo Technology allows fast and easy set-ups in combination with our software.
PEE-WEE – machines from the Spline range are used for the economical, chip-less cold forming of external toothing, spline shaft profiles, involute profiles (DIN 5480, DIN 5481) for example, on transmission shafts, drive shafts, plug shafts, (also hollow shafts), etc. Multiple gears may also be positioned relative to each other.
Depending on the type of machine and size of teeth, multiple different profiles can be produced in one clamping process. Due to the optimised forming tool design and tool arrangement, an improved insertion of the contour takes place, which can be simpler and more cost-effective compared to known production methods. At the same time, greater production flexibility is achieved. Splines according to DIN 5480 and DIN 5481, as well as special splines can be rolled in infeed and continuous process.
