Floor-type vertical-spindle machining center. 4 axis (X, Y, Z, A) controlled by CNC. By means of dedicated tools it is suitable for working on 5 sides of Aluminum, PVC and steel sections. The workpieces are locked by means of 5 pneumatic clamps on the table. The table can be positioned on all angles within 180 °. The rotation is managed through the control system.
MECAL MC 305 in the FAT version is a four-axis machining center with a bed length of 3480 mm,
thanks to its “through-hole” structure, it enables the processing of profiles in the x, y and z axes up to a length of 6960mm, a tool port for 7 tools, including a disc cutter, Mesoft software.
