SOUKUP FULLY AUTOMATIC 8 AXIS CNC TENONING MACHINE MODEL TEMAC 300
The Soukup tenoning machine TEMAC has been designed especially for Small & Larger workshops where different tenoning by multiple tools is required. The tenoning machine can be combined with a profiling machine or a spindle moulder to complete a simple window and door working centre. It is the fully enclosed machine with safety protection and automatic tenoning cycle to be used with only one operator.
The base of the tenoning machine is constructed from heavy structured ribbed steel to obtain a monolithic compact machine which is rigid and highly resistant to heavy loads and stress.
The tenoning carriage moving on linear bearings is controlled by an inverter for variable speed.
The tenoning machine is powered by PC BECKOHOFF with 10“ touch screen in Windows Embedded environment designed for industrial applications. The Soukup Temac system Software Soukup WinCreator Software included with the machine working in automatic cycle or can be edited in manual mode.
The spindle is continuously programmed. The cut-off saw and the tenoning fence are operated with electronic adjustment. The tenoning fence is swivelling up to 45° with an angle displayed on the monitor.
The industrial performance of the machine offers an easy operation and maintenance. All units are lubricated from the central panel.
The operator puts two pieces on the tenoning table. He selects a position of the spindle by switch and sets up the tenoning fence on the length. Timbers are tenoned when going forwards and when going backwards it is possible to make counter profiles for mullions or transoms or shortage of tenons for easy stormproofing.

The Soukup Software is installed on your office PC or laptop and linked directly with the machine. The program offers also optimizing of elements machining. It means that instead of processing “window by window” we are able to produce effectively all the identical elements – all jambs, heads and sills from all windows.

The TEMAC incorporates thoroughbred industrial design based on the successful WIZARD machining centre. It has a generous spindle length of 620 mm with an upper supporting bearing and is designed for easy tool replacement. It can achieve multi-faceted processing of the timber during a single pass through the machine. These are the main features of the machine.
The TEMAC CNC tenoning machine has been designed for tenoning of any timber frame construction but especially windows and doors.
The base of the tenoning machine is constructed from heavy rib structured steel to obtain a solid compact machine which is rigid and highly resistant to heavy loads and stress. The tenoning unit moves on precision linear bearings driven by a precision ball screw. The cut-off saw and the tenoning fence have electronic adjustment.
The tenoning carriage moves on linear bearings with variable speed controlled by an inverter drive. The tenoning fence can swivel up to 60° under programmable control. All units are connected to a central lubricating system.
In operation the operator puts two pieces of timber on the tenoning table. He selects a program and sets up the tenoning fence to the length specified in the work list. Timbers are tenoned when going forwards and going backwards through the machine thus it is possible to make multiple profiles in one go.
TEMAC is controlled by a BECKOHOFF industrial PC with a 12“ touch screen running a Windows Embedded operating system. The control unit is mounted on a swivelling panel to provide ease of use to the operator.
