Electro-spindles with synchronous motor
They provide high power and torque on the main spindle and the sub-spindle 9.8 / 12kW – 12.1 / 15.8Nm. The main spindle and counter spindle are identical.
As a result of high power and flat torque characteristics, we gain Reduction of times for stopping, accelerating, positioning of spindles, e.g. accelerating the spindle from 0 to 8,000 rpm in only 0.45 seconds, and at the same time we gain reduction of noise and reduced maintenance workload.
Working without a guide sleeve:

Machining without a guide sleeve, good for machining short workpieces whose length to diameter ratio is less than 3. The rod waste is short, min. 41 mm and approx. 100 mm shorter than when working with a guide sleeve.
It is possible to work with less precise rods, and therefore cheaper
Multi-Program.
Thanks to the ability to manage multiple programs, it is possible to produce different items sequentially from the same bar without the operator’s intervention. Programs are queued and executed one after another.
This option shortens machine downtime when producing very short series, because the program change is automatic without the operator’s involvement, who is not always at hand if he supervises the work of many machines.
TB-DECO software:
Enables simple intuitive programming outside the machine, checking programs and their optimization. The TB DECO ADV version ensures energy savings and less wear of the machine’s mechanisms
