The ZMM SLIVEN CU 400M universal lathe was built in Bulgaria in 2015. Highly reliable conventional lathe with a stable bed is designed for machining internal and external rotating surfaces, cutting all types of threads (metric, inch, modular, DP threads), as well as drilling holes and taper machining. Depending on the selected turning method, workpieces with a maximum length of 2000 mm and a diameter of 640 mm can be machined on the machine.
The CU400M metal lathe has a high performance spindle with 21 forward and 11 counterclockwise speeds. During the production process, both the detail in the working space and the cutting tool are properly lubricated and cooled by a reliable cooling system with an electric pump. The offered machine is equipped with with a 3-jaw lathe chuck with a diameter of 250 mm and workplace lighting. The total weight of the ZMM SLIVEN CU 400 M lathe is 2900 kg.
