• A demolding system (air ejectors or vibration plates) removes gummies from the molds.

1.4. Coating System (Optional)

• If required, gummies pass through a coating drum for:

1.5. Drying System (For Starch-Based Gummies)

• Some gummies, like starch-molded gummies, require an air-drying process of 24-48 hours for proper texture.
